On July 26, the archives and museum held a "14th Five-Year Plan" planning work meeting to make arrangements for the improvement of the planning content and follow-up work progress, and all staff attended the meeting.
Curator Lv Qing summarized the progress of the preliminary planning work and introduced the first draft of the department's "14th Five-Year Plan". The meeting discussed the preparation of the "14th Five-Year Plan".
Deputy curator Li Yiming talked about the museum's need to enhance the soft power of cultural development and take the path of characteristic development. Deputy curator Long Yue proposed that the engineering museum should show the development and changes of higher engineering education, and actively explore the education model of engineering museums to make it an important force in the school museum cluster. Deputy curator Shi Huimin talked about actively promoting the digitalization of archives, innovating archive service methods, and striving to build a smart archive. Shi Ruiqiong, director of the Office of the Westward Migration Museum, put forward working thoughts on improving the spiritual connotation of the westward migration, and doing a good job in the construction of the spiritual connotation of the westward migration, focusing on exhibitions, publicity, education, research and course training.

On the afternoon of July 28th, the Archives and Museum held the "Archives and Museum Party Branch Theme Party Day and Business Learning Activities in the Museum" in the report hall on the fourth floor of the Museum of Westward Movement. Liu Shuni from the Collection and Guidance Office of the Archives gave a lecture on "Changes in the New "Archives Law" and Thoughts Brought to Us". Through detailed interpretation of the background, main content and significance of the revision of the Archives Law, the future development direction of archives work was further clarified. School History and University Culture Research Center Yang Lantao gave a lecture entitled "Oral History Development and Oral Archives Construction", which analyzed the concepts and characteristics of "Oral History" and "Oral Archives" from the shallower to the deeper, and combined the research and practice status Questions and thoughts. The museum Wang Zhongpeng presented the beauty of primitive and naive art through the "Appreciation of Ansai Farmer Painting Works". Professor Li Yuhu researches on the restoration and protection of the original appearance of paper archives, research on key technologies for gas-phase deacidification and reinforcement of entire volumes and books, research on key technologies for restoration and protection of photosensitive image files, and research on industrialization of environmentally-friendly disaster-prevention and durable archive boxes and storage boxes The four aspects are explained in detail, explain the profound things in a simple way, visualize the profound theories, and benefit everyone a lot.
Li Yiming, deputy curator, concluded: “All cultural heritage will eventually die out, and our duty is to slow down this process.” Professor Li Yuhu’s lecture made us realize that, as archival cultural bloggers, we must keep our archives and cultural relics well.
