Technicians introduced the diversified publicity and interaction of various types of archive data and information under the "Internet +" strategy through several modules of file collection and utilization in the management system, remote appointment and review of files, and exhibition visit appointment. Everyone had a full exchange in the aspects of online appointment, electronic signature application, information platform integration, intelligent file use, intelligent warehouse, intelligent editing and research.
On the morning of September 1, the Archives and Shanghai Aishu Information Technology Co., Ltd. discussed the cloud file storage system solution. Deputy curator Shi Huimin, storage and utilization room, collection guidance room, and editing and research room members participated.
The discussion will focus on the overall architectural planning of cloud storage, the establishment of a three-dimensional security system, and the construction of the platform, aiming to realize an intelligent, secure, and value-based archive data management system. Everyone had a lively discussion on how to realize cloud storage in archive work, whether to realize system docking, and how to use cloud storage files.
The early research and communication work was fruitful. Everyone has a better understanding of the intelligent information management of archives, which laid the foundation for the subsequent work system and norms formulation.
